So, get ready as I take you through my exhilarating journey!  My day started off at 4:30 in the morning and stretched until 9:30 at night. You might be wondering, what could possibly motivate me to wake up this early? Well, it was my intense swim regimen: 3 hours in the morning and another 2 hours in the evening. Some mornings, it extended to a bad tiring 4-hour session that included core, leg, and upper body workouts. I even braved practicing at 45-degree Celsius sun during peak summer, although I now regret not applying sunscreen—resulting in quite the tan! By the time I returned home around 10:30 AM, I had devoured a hearty breakfast by 11:00 and was ready to catch some well-deserved rest.
